How do I personalise my product?
Open your chosen product’s personalisation tool to upload artwork, add text and preview your design. Check the placement and spelling before adding it to your basket.
What files can I upload?
We accept JPG/JPEG, PNG and PDF files. For the clearest print, use a sharp, high-resolution image rather than a screenshot. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your artwork is suitable.
How long will my personalised order take?
Production times vary depending on the number of orders we’re working on, so we can’t guarantee a fixed dispatch date. If you need your order for a particular date, contact us before ordering to discuss what’s possible. Delivery time is additional to production time.
